• Messages — the content you send us over WhatsApp or email, and the contact details attached to them.
• Basic usage data — standard technical information your browser sends (such as device and approximate location) that our hosting and embedded providers process to serve and secure the site.

Why we use it

We use this data to schedule and hold your call, answer your questions, assess whether Fjelt is the right fit for your business, and keep the site working and secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and taking steps at your request before any engagement.

Who processes it

We use trusted service providers to run this site, including Cal.com (scheduling), our hosting provider, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp when you choose to contact us there. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security measures.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking data only as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, to manage an engagement, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights
